Washington, DC –
Some walks are casual. Some walks are for fitness. But this one? This walk is for life.
On October 18th, 2025, our team CTZNS & Friends will lace up, show up, and step out together at the Out of the Darkness Walk in Washington, DC, hosted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). This event isn’t just about putting one foot in front of the other, it’s about moving as a Village, carrying light into places that need it most.

Why We’re Walking
At CTZNS, we believe in building brighter communities, not just through creative work, but by showing up for causes that truly matter. Suicide prevention is deeply important to us. This walk gives us space to honor lives lost, uplift those still fighting, and remind every person struggling that their story isn’t over.
Walking together is a statement: you are not alone, we are not alone.
The Invitation
We’re inviting you…yes, YOU reading this right now, to join CTZNS & Friends on this walk. Bring your sneakers, bring your spirit, and bring your heart. Whether you’ve been personally impacted or simply want to stand in solidarity, there’s a place for you with us.

Final Word
This isn’t a branding move. This isn’t a campaign stunt. This is a Village moment. We’re stepping out of the darkness together, and we’d love for you to be part of it.
Because light shines brighter when we walk side by side.
